Robbie Allen, Managing Director
Robbie founded Lobster Pictures in 2005, and has produced work for broadcasters, major construction companies and commercials. He has a background in television production, setting up and running interactive and web-TV services for Telewest. Before this he had a successful career as an editor, with a diverse range of broadcast credits.

Cherry Sinclair, Project Manager
Cherry is an experienced Project Manager and has managed work from Malta to Middlesbrough for Lobster Pictures since 2008, for clients as diverse as Balfour Beatty, Sky and Sony BMG. She has a degree in Science and the Media, and worked for the BBC and Economist group prior to joining us.

Michael McKelvaney, Developer
Michael is an experienced programmer, professional photographer and IT expert. He works across software development, camera development and deployment, and in our creative division. He has worked all over the UK and Europe for Lobster Pictures.

Ollie Larkin (freelance)
Ollie is a highly renowned time lapse cinematographer, and has produced work for our clients in the UK, Europe, Asia and the Middle East. Ollie has recently completed a major project for the BBC, spending three months For Lobster Pictures on the 'Munro' mountains in Scotland.
Bryan Lynch, Site Safety Adviser
Bryan has over 15 years of decommissioning experience in the Oil & Gas, Chemical and Heavy Industry sectors. His knowledge of hazardous and difficult environments lets us offer the capabilities of gaining safe access to position our cameras literally anywhere within a hazardous environment.
Jamie Symonds (freelance)
Jamie is an incredibly talented shooter, engineer and all-round artiste. He's freelanced all over the UK for Lobster Pictures since 2005, and can be relied upon to get the best shots whatever the circumstances.
Grant Wakefield (freelance)
Grant is an accomplished, creative and sought-after Director of Photography. He has over 20 years' experience shooting feature films, music videos and documentaries on anything from 70mm to DV. He has been shooting digital time lapse since 2002.
