We have installed a camera at a facility in Fujairah, UAE… The camera can shoot 21 megapixel RAW images. It has air-conditioning. It has wireless microwave - we’ve built a 36 megabit internet access point a mile from the nearest cable. It’s solar powered. We can monitor temperature, voltage, humidity and dewpoint from our Bristol offices, 24 hours a day.

Another busy month here at Lobster Pictures… not so many pictures this time, as we’re doing a lot of work for high-profile clients where commercial confidentiality is paramount.
We placed a Lobster Pot camera to cover the construction of the new Mary Rose Museum:
Our work for RWE covering an offshore wind farm construction continued, with another great couple of sequences. We put up a camera on a hospital build in Sunderland:
…and another at a Depot being built in Havering.
We continued work for our solar powered camera about to be installed in Fujairah, UAE (flights booked at last), and we installed two cameras with beautiful 14mm prime lenses in Tapada, Portugal: covering a Power Plant Servicing operation.
We shot some ‘pick up’ material for our huge BBC project in Scotland, and started work on a revolutionary new camera system - all will be revealed in the coming months.
