Construction progress photography

Track your project from above with high-resolution aerial photography captured at key stages throughout the build.

Consistent flight paths allow imagery to be compared over time, making your project’s progress easy to demonstrate.

Ideal for: Investor and stakeholder updates, monthly progress reports, planning and compliance records and marketing and social content.

Drone video production

Professional aerial video helps show the complete progress of your project.

Our production team manages the editing, colour grading and motion graphics ensuring every film is ready for website, presentations and social media. We can create cinematic footage that showcases your project from perspectives impossible to achieve from the ground.

See completed building projects in a way traditional photography simply can’t.

We can produce smooth flythroughs of commercial developments, educational facilities, warehouse and public buildings using specialist indoor drone equipment that allows viewers to experience the finished space.

Ideal for: Award submissions, property marketing, virtual tours and client handovers.

Photogrammetry & digital surveys

Photogrammetry can transform hundreds of aerial photos into highly accurate digital models to be used throughout the construction process. For many projects, photogrammetry provides a precise digital record of site conditions that can be referenced long after the project has finished.

These datasets can provide important information that supports monitoring, planning and project management, while integrating into BIM workflows and Lobster’s Visual Twin platform.

Includes: Point cloud generation, terrain modelling, orthomosaic mapping, BIM and Visual Twin integration.

Meet Ellis

Ellis leads Lobster Pictures’ drone services and has spent the last nine years producing construction content for projects across the UK.
